Volleyball season concludes with 3-1 WHAC Quarterfinal loss at Madonna

LIVONIA, Mich. –  The Golden Eagles suffered a tough 3-1 WHAC Quarterfinal loss on Wednesday night at Madonna ending the team's season. The block was working well for CU tonight, recording 16 team blocks behind a career high mark for Brooke Nicholson, but it was not enough to overcome the Crusaders. Cornerstone ends the year with a 15-17 overall record and 12-8 conference record under first year head coach Megan Lenhart while Madonna will advance to the WHAC Tournament Semifinals against Lourdes on Friday at Lawrence Tech.
