Last Week Recap
The Golden Eagles began their four-game stretch against the top four teams in the WHAC last week with both contests on the road, falling at Madonna before defeating Lourdes for a 1-1 week. CU is now 14-7, 8-5 WHAC as they still sit in fifth in the conference standings. Cornerstone will host (11) Indiana Tech this week and travel to Rochester to complete the tough four game stretch.

Nyp Inches Closer
Fifth-year senior Carter Nyp continues to inch closer to the top 10 all-time in rebounds, as he now has 746 in his career. Nyp needs 62 more to knock Caleb Simons off the top 10 list as he is tied with Cory Ainsworth for a team high 149 rebounds this season.

Ainsworth Remains Top 10 in FG%
Cory Ainsworth remains one of the best in the NAIA in FG% at 70.7%. This puts him sixth in the NAIA this season, as he is chasing Straton Rogers of College of Idaho who leads the country at 77.0%. On his career, Ainsworth is shooting 65.2% from the field which still puts him in first all-time in CU program history. If he can maintain this pace, he would break Justin VandePol's FG% record set back in 2003.

Fort Wayne vs. GR
Cornerstone and Indiana Tech have been a storied rivalry over the last few years, but both teams have struggled in the opponent's gym. CU has lost six of the last seven in Fort Wayne, while IIT has lost 11 of the last 12 in Mol Arena.

Scouting the Warriors
Indiana Tech once again finds themselves at the top of the WHAC table as they have won seven of the last eight contests and hold a 17-3, 10-2 WHAC record. Former Golden Eagle Assistant Coach and CU alum Ted Albert has IIT rolling more than they ever have as they are ranked 11th in the NAIA and are holding opponents to an NAIA sixth best 38.7% from the field. Offensively, the Warriors continue to show balance with a veteran team with four players averaging double-figures.

Scouting Rochester
Rochester has been very inconsistent on the offensive end this season as they were blown out in their last game at Madonna, 100-68. The Warriors however have had yet another solid season as they are 14-6 (9-4) on the year. Earlier this season, Cornerstone recorded a huge victory against RU taking them down 70-57 inside Mol Arena. The biggest strength for Rochester on the offensive end is their three-point shooting as they hit 36.4% of their deep balls. Rochester has four players averaging double-figures, led by senior James Ballard who has 13.5 PPG through 19 starts this season.

History vs. Rochester
Head Coach Kim Elders has gone 11-2 all-time against Rochester. CU has won the last three meetings, but four of the last five games have been decided by 10 or less points.
