GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. –
Luke Rowlinson and
Jonny Strube hit four threes apiece and
Christian Rodriguez added 21 points as the Golden Eagles cruised past UM-Dearborn 96-75. CU started off the game hot, but the Wolverines clawed their way back, eventually entering halftime tied 40-40. Then, CU got hot, aided by
Luke Rowlinson's 18 second half points to take care of their WHAC foe. This win moves Cornerstone to 17-9 overall, 11-5 in the WHAC.

- Jonny Strube started the game on a hot streak, scoring seven points in less than a minute to help the Golden Eagles take a 9-2 lead 2:15 into the game.
- After going up 26-12 following a Trent Summerfield three, UM-Dearborn fired back by going on an 8-0 run to cut the CU lead to eight.
- Jack Joldersma got the crowd yelling after putting down a big dunk with 9:03 to play in the first half.
- Christian Rodriguez continued the Golden Eagle scoring assault by hitting a three to put CU up 11 with 7:25 left in the first half.
- The Wolverines ended the half on a 17-9 run to tie the game 40-40 heading into halftime.
- Jack Joldersma again electrified the Mol Arena crowd with a transition dunk early in the second half which helped change the tone of the game.
- After some back-and-forth play with the game tied at 60, Luke Rowlinson hit a three to give the Golden Eagles a 63-60 lead with 11:11 to play in the game.
- Rowlinson would continue to have a hot hand, hitting three more threes over the next six minutes to help CU accumulate an 84-70 lead.
- Jonny Strube would add to his strong night by splashing another three with 3:16 to play to extend the CU lead to 89-72.
- EJ Bowman finished the scoring when he hit a three in the final minute as Cornerstone defeated UM-Dearborn 96-75.
