Sam Vander Sluis would have another big night in his final regular season home game, recording 19 points and 15 rebounds in a 87-68 win over UM-Dearborn. Cornerstone rebounds from a tough loss on Monday, splitting the season series with the Wolverines. Cornerstone is now 21-6, 14-3 WHAC as they get set to end the year with three straight road games starting at Concordia on Saturday.

- The Cornerstone defense got off to a strong start holding UM-Dearborn to 10 points through the first 12:09 of the game.
- CU would go on a 19-4 run in that time to lead 26-10. The run would see a pair of threes from Gabe Meriwether and Christian Rodriguez.
- Senior Sam Vander Sluis would be one rebound shy of a double-double at the half with 10 points and nine rebounds as CU would lead 41-28.
- Gabe Meriwether would get the second half going with a bang, throwing down a hug put back dunk to increase the CU lead to a game high 17.
- The Wolverines would then go on a 14-2 and eventually would cut the CU lead to as low as four.
- Carter Nyp would then heat up for Cornerstone going on an 8-0 run by himself to increase the lead back to 12.
- Cornerstone would run away with the final 12 minutes increasing the lead to as many as 23 on their way to a 87-68 win over UM-Dearborn.
