GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Cornerstone could not overcome a 10-0 run late in the game after trailing by just three with under eight minutes to go as their upset bid of No. 1 Indiana Wesleyan fell short. The 85-62 loss drops CU to 1-1 on the year as they will play their home opener next Friday at 8 p.m. vs. Taylor University in the CU Classic. The game will be preceded by No. 5 Indiana Tech vs. No. 15 Saint Francis (Ind.).
