Brooke Leonard is the female Golden Eagle Athlete of the Week after lifting CU to an extra-inning win in their opener at Lawrence Tech

The senior went all eight innings while striking out nine batters in route to the win.

Leonard and her teammates will face Madonna and Concordia this week.
