Denver Daniel is the male Golden Eagle Athlete of the Week after posting an NAIA Automatic Standard in the Marathon with a time of 1:13:20 on Saturday afternoon.

The mark was just off the freshman school record and qualifies him for the national meet in Gulf Shores, Ala. in late May.
