Cornerstone University Athletics

Cornerstone freshman, Colin DeYoung, placed in the awards for the second time this season, taking fifteenth at the Brissman-Lundeen Invitational hosted by Augustana College. 

After sitting near the top twenty for four miles, De Young blasted a 4:52 last mile, picking five places and reaching the finish in 25:47.

Young led Cornerstone to a 13^th place finish as they will return to action in two weeks at the Royals Challenge which is hosted at the site of the 2016 NAIA Cross Country National Championships.
