Jesse Sheridan is the female Golden Eagle Athlete of the Week after helping the women's basketball team to a 2-1 week including a pair of home victories over Calvin College and Concordia (Mich.).
The junior, who is leading the team in scoring at 19.6 points per game, put up 16 in the team's close loss at Davenport before posting 20 against Calvin and 21 against Concordia.
She also posted seven assists and six steals in the 3-game week and she and the rest of her team will have 10 days off before resuming play on November 28 against Aquinas.
