Mikayla Johnson is the women's Golden Eagle Athlete of the Week after helping the soccer team post a pair of shutout victories including an upset of No. 16 Taylor and a 2-0 win to open league play.

The freshman posted six saves as the Golden Eagles beat the No. 16 ranked Trojans on Tuesday and then finished the week with nine saves in the team's 2-0 win over Lawrence Tech.
