Jarod Burton is the male Golden Eagle Athlete of the Week after helping Cornerstone to a 3-1 week including a win over old WHAC-rival Davenport.

The sophomore went 8 for 18 on the week and collected eight RBI while knocking out a pair of HR's.

On the season, Burton is batting .271 with 34 RBI.
