Morgan Luedy is the female Golden Eagle Athlete of the Week after breaking the freshman record in the Heptathlon on Thursday at Hillsdale.

The previous record was held by former NAIA National Champion in the event - Brittany Green (Murray). Luedy hit a PR in all seven of her events on a perfect weather day at the Gina Relays.

Her 4,482 points now ranks No. 3 in the NAIA this season and it came in her first ever Collegiate Heptathlon performance.
